KingRecruitingServices is seeking a full-time compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a home health team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, creating care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the state of Wyoming.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in home care or a related setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
