Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Sparks, NV is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for in-home private duty care. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, day, night, and weekend shifts, with 24/7 local support and tablet-based documentation.

We provide health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, PTO, weekly/daily pay, and opportunities for skill advancement with paid training. Must hold an active NV RN license and CPR; TB test; reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state of practice (NV).
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Compliance with health-related requirements for Medicare/Medicaid funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home private duty nursing care to patients.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using the tablet in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers and team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Adhere to health requirements, vaccination/testing policies, and scheduling needs.
