Location: Hallmark Healthcare of Carlinville, Carlinville, IL

Schedule: Full-Time – Thursday, Friday, and Every Other Weekend

Your Role:

• Provide compassionate nursing care with dignity and respect for residents
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
• Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well‑being
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff members
• Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well‑being
• Assist with treatments, medications, and nursing interventions within scope of practice
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident‑centered care environment
