Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home for care on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders, interventions and evaluations.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations accurately in the patient chart.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
