Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for quality care.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with team members and observe safety protocols
• Flexible to work scheduled hours
• No health or safety threats posed to others

Experience

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time
• Shifts: 7am-3pm Weekends, 3pm-11pm Weekdays, 11pm-7am Weekdays
• Wage: $38.00-$45.00/hr
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over 1 year
