Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time and Per-Diem opportunities. Shifts include 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (FT) and any 8-hour shift PRN with one weekend per month.

Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on for new FT hires, evening/night differential, and daily pay options. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in a 164-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
