Aviata Health Group in Brandon, FL seeks a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aviata at Oakfield. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, while supervising staff and ensuring care standards are met. Walk-In Wednesday from 10a-2p for on-the-spot interviewing and hiring.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, including assigning work, performance management, and training new staff to ensure standards are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team! As a Registered Nurse with Aviata at Oakfield, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. $40 - $43 HOURLY salary and a competitive benefits package are just a few perks of being part of our team!

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
