Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Beverly, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts. Hours include 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am. Pay ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, all-inclusive, with up to $5+ shift differential and Daily Pay.

The RN will deliver skilled care, monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure plans are followed. Massachusetts licensure and BLS CPR are required, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
