Job summary

Winship Green Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Bath, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will assess conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $41.44 to $51.56 per hour, a sign-on bonus, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.

• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

What You'll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Rate of Pay
