Job summary

Ageless Men's Health in South Austin, TX seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient men's health clinic. You will perform patient assessments, administer therapies, and support long-term wellness goals in a no-nights, no-weekends environment.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, proficiency with EMR, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and injections, and a passion for testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, and concierge

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience required.
• EMR proficiency and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life. What You'll Do Day-to-Day As an Ageless RN, you'll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands-on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You'll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections
• Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments
• Tracking patient outcomes and communicating progress with medical providers
• Educating patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards
• Contributing to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience
