Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our men’s health clinic. This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements and compensation at $47 per hour.

The RN will perform assessments, blood draws, IV therapy, injections, and EMR documentation while supporting TRT and wellness programs. You’ll join a growing, patient-centered team focused on preventive care and excellent patient experience in

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR.
• Perform hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Administer and monitor testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Track patient outcomes and communicate progress with medical providers.
• Educate patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and clinical care standards.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on patient experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (No nights, weekends, or on-call)

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Carlsbad.

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands-on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term wellness goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments.
