Job summary

We need Nurses for in the following service areas.

Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, Highland Ranch, Commerce City, Arvada, Westminster, Qualifications:

• Must have good standing RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge/skills with short skilled nursing visits
• Must be willing to provide in home nursing care

Conduct skilled nursing visits and patient assessments

Develop and update individualized care plans as assigned

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team

Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards and agency policies

Education and Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):

• One to one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments, SOC and follow up visits, coordination of care with physician and other disciplines
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with electronic documentation systems
• Provide effective communication to patient/family, team

Responsibilities:

Compensation:
