Pearl Healthcare, a post-acute rehabilitation provider, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Illinois. You will oversee nursing assistants, coordinate shift services, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, inter-department collaboration, and maintaining resident confidentiality. A current Illinois Nursing License is required, CPR certification is preferred, and the role emphasizes meaningful work and quality patient

• CPR certification preferred.

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Plan and coordinate shift services and activities.
• Provide written and oral reports and coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental staff and other departments.
• Monitor safety compliance in equipment and supplies usage.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shift’s services, programs and activities.
• Make written & oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of the shift as required. Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required. Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift.
• Prepare & administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop & maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other departments within the facility to ensure that nursing services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
• Monitor your assigned personnel to ensure that they are following established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current Illinois Nursing License (Required)

• Current CPR certification (Preferred)
