Job Description

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration tasks.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Are You

• Customer service oriented.
• A registered nurse – RN, new‑grad RN, nursing student, or a travel nurse/contract RN seeking a permanent facility with great benefits.
• Preferably experienced in long‑term care.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families and other staff.

Requirements

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of one year experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
• A natural problem solver.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
