Job summary

Nexus at Alton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Shifts available are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You will administer medications, monitor progress, educate residents and families on health conditions and post-care instructions, and participate in team-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, depending on role).
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
