Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time roles. The position delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and follows individualized care plans.

Shifts are 7:00–3:00, 3:00–11:00, or 11:00–07:00 with $1 evening/night differential on weekdays and $3 on weekends. Daily pay available and incentives.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license valid to practice.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $44.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift differential:

• $1 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekdays
• $3 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
