Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Resource Pool. The role involves assessing and admitting patients, performing rounds, and delivering medications across units with rotating, rotating shifts.
A flexible schedule supports multiple shifts and locations within the facility. Qualified candidates will hold VA or Compact RN licenses in good standing and have BLS completed within 90 days of hire, plus 18 months of recent specialty-area experience such as ICU

Registered Nurses require 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area i.e. ICU, OR, etc. to be eligible for the Resource Pool.
Facility supported: Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice.
The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift
