Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Resource Pool, with a rotating shift. Options include Virginia or compact multi-state license in good standing and BLS within 90 days of hire.
RN education can be ADN/BSN/Diploma or MSN; 18 months of recent specialty experience is preferred. You will assess/admit patients, perform rounds, administer medications, and interact with families to support high-quality care.

Shift: Rotating
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
RN-Associate’s Degree, or
RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
RN-Diploma, or
RN-Master’s Degree
Registered Nurses require 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area i.e. ICU, OR, etc. to be eligible for the Resource Pool.
Facility supported: Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice.
The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift
