Join Our Team at UPMC St. Margaret!

UPMC St. Margaret is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Resource Pool. As a Resource Pool nurse, you'll enjoy a 10% differential on top of your base rate, plus an additional $2.00 shift differential for any off shifts.

Resource Pool Rotation

As part of the Resource Pool, you'll have the opportunity to orient and rotate through the following units as needed:

  • 3B Step Down
  • 4A Rehab
  • 4B Ortho
  • 5A Oncology
  • 5B Pulmonary
  • 6A Surgical
  • Emergency Room for Inpatient Admissions

Scheduling

Resource Pool Registered Nurses will work three rotating 12-hour shifts per week. Holiday requirements include two Winter holidays and one Summer holiday.

UPMC offers a clearly defined Nursing Career Ladder to promote growth throughout your Nursing Career. Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary based on their experience and education. Salary may vary depending on experience and education.
