Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking an experienced RN to join our Pickett Care & Rehabilitation Center team in Tennessee. You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in QA activities, staff education, and surveys.
