The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 32-bed inpatient behavioral health unit. You will provide compassionate nursing care, using evidence-based practice and close supervision for new graduates.

You will rotate shifts, cover every third weekend, and participate in the Nurse Residency program and hospital-wide initiatives to promote patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• RN with current Connecticut license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in applicable specialty preferred.
• New graduates to work under supervision per State guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision according to hospital policies and medical staff directions.
• Incorporate patient age-specific needs into care planning and delivery.
