The Hospital of Central Connecticut (Hartford HealthCare) is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 32-bed inpatient Behavioral Health unit in New Britain, CT. The RN provides evidence-based nursing care, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and participates in a Nurse Residency program after graduation.

Ideal candidates hold CT RN licensure, prefer BSN, and bring a patient-centered approach to care across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• RN license in CT is required.
• BSN degree preferred by the unit.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the care team.
• Adapt care to patients across the inpatient Behavioral Health unit.
