Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, 12-hour night shifts. A generous sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available, with a premium pay of $7.05 on weekends when working Saturdays and Sundays.

New grads are welcome, and Indiana RN licensure plus CPR is required or obtainable within 60 days. We offer tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits from day one, retirement matching, generous PTO, and a supportive, patient-centered care culture.

Responsabilités

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process per established standards.
• Act as a patient advocate and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to deliver quality care.
• Maintain compliance with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.

About the job

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
