Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time, 12-hour day shift in Mishawaka, IN. The RN will implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in alignment with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and established standards of care.

As patient advocates, RNs provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues while collaborating with a supportive team. Indiana licensure and CPR are required, with onboarding within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification required on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: 1+ years of RN experience in a Med Surg preferably a Renal Unit.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with current standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• RN care providers act as patient advocates, delivering a safe environment for patients, visitors, and team members.

About The Job

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
