Job summary

Encompass Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse who will provide individualized, compassionate care to patients on their path to healing in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, tailor care plans, and support families as part of a collaborative care team.

Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license, CPR certification, and prefer CPR/ACLS and CRRN credentials with rehab hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
