Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or a compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care.
• Team player committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Assess resident conditions and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support successful recovery outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and care goals; maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Your Role as a Rehab Unit RN

Who We’re Looking For
