Your Role as a Rehab Unit RN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Assess resident conditions and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support successful recovery outcomes

• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and care goals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

• Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture

Who We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Interest or experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care

• Team player committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
