You will supervise treatments, assess patients’ progress, and tailor plans to each recovery path, collaborating with therapists and physicians to ensure safe, coordinated care.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication with patients and families, ongoing education, and pursuing professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; understand their needs.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care; provide direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff; support complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones throughout recovery.
