Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient recoveries in a rehabilitation setting. You will assess patients, tailor care plans, supervise treatments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, compassionate care that advances healing.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, address concerns, and ensure coordinated care across departments while maintaining high standards of safety

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
