Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Tailor care plans and address patient concerns to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Serve as a resource for staff and handle complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
