Job summary

UNC Lenoir Health Care in Lenoir, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Ip Rehab Facility. You will operate as a key member of the care team, using the nursing process, to assess and plan patient care and maintain medical records.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within one year, and strong communication with patients and staff. It is a full-time, onsite position with a Day Job schedule at the Ip Rehab Facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; BLS, ACLS within one year.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and document medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
