Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families on their path to recovery.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, ACLS preferred, CRRN preferred, and about one year of rehab hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• About one year in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Serve as a resource for staff with complex patient needs.
