Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehab team. You will supervise care and treatments, assess patients, and tailor plans to support recovery with compassion and expertise.

Collaboration across departments ensures coordinated, high-quality care for each patient. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with CPR, ACLS and CRRN preferences, plus experience in rehabilitation settings.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
