Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation care. Join a nationwide leader in post-acute care and contribute to individualized care plans that support healing and independence.

In this role you will supervise care, assess patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated treatment.

Formación

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
