Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother/Baby unit to implement and coordinate patient care. The role includes supervising CNAs/SNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must hold an Illinois RN license, be CPR and NRP certified, and have at least 1 year of Mother/Baby experience. Shifts are days, 12 hours, with a six-week cycle including two weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• CPR and NRP certified.
• 1 year previous Mother/Baby experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, coordinates and delivers care to assigned patient population.
• Supervises CNA / SNA, LPN or other health care workers as assigned.
