Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients within a high‑quality care team. You will supervise CNAs/SNAs and other healthcare workers as needed, contributing to a culture of excellence.

Current IL RN licensure and CPR are required. Expect 12‑hour day shifts, three shifts weekly, with some weekend and holiday coverage.

Summary: Provides professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse provides care consistent with the standards of professional nursing. Provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned. Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. CPR.

Work Shift Details:

Days - 12 Hours, 3 12-hour shifts/week; 1030-2300; every 3rd weekend; group holiday

The expected pay for this position is listed below:

$35.00 - $42.50

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
