Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to join our team!

Position: Registered Nurse - Regional Support RN - Hospice - FT - PA

Requirements:

• Must have Hospice RN Case Manager experience.
• This is a travel position covering locations in:
• Allentown, Reading, Lancaster, Camp Hill, Carlisle, York, Chambersburg, and Altoona.
• Ideal candidate will reside in or near the Harrisburg area.

This position reports to the AVP of Operations and involves temporary assignments in branches where there are vacant positions, increased census, or additional staffing needs. Assignments typically last 13-26 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to hospice patients and support to their families.
• Manage an interdisciplinary team including Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to ensure high-quality hospice care.
• Manage all assigned patient clinical records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• At least one year of experience in oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health; internships and clinical hours may be considered in some cases.
