Registered Nurse - Rapid Response Team - 36 hours per week - Midnights - Warren

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Rapid Response Team at Warren, working 36 hours per week on night shifts.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The nurse will serve as a hospital resource for the Cardiac Catheterization lab, Intensive Care units, and general practice units. Responsibilities include cross-training in cardiac catheterization procedures and post-care in the MICU, assisting with equipment operation, and prioritizing emergent cardiac catheterization patient care. Duties also involve responding to Rapid Response and Code Blue calls, assisting in patient transport, and supporting ICU bedside procedures, among others. The nurse reports to the House Manager.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Michigan license.
• Interventional Cardiac Catheterization experience preferred.
• At least 2 years ICU experience required.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
