Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Rapid Response team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown). This PRN Nights position runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, supporting the clinical team by monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration and responding promptly to rapid response calls.

The role requires 3–5 years of critical care, 1–2 years acute care, and current RN licensure with BLS and ACLS.

• 3-5 Years Critical Care Experience Required
• 1-2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
• Nursing Education Experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
• NIHSS certification (upon hire/transfer)
• Level 1 CPI training (within 90 days of hire/transfer)

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients for early signs of deterioration and respond promptly to rapid response calls
• Educate nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline
• Assist primary RN with admission, discharge and transfers as needed
• Complete admission assessments and skin checks for all new admits
• Contribute to proactive patient safety through clinical expertise
