Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Radiation Oncology Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe treatment delivery and support patients and families throughout the cancer care continuum.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing and an active nursing license, with RN residency or one year of RN experience as preferred. Oncology experience in an outpatient setting is ideal.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency program.
• Licensure/Certification: Current ONCC Radiation Therapy Certificate or obtained within 3 years of hire.
• Licensure/Certification: Current IL or MI state Nursing License.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.
