Mercyhealth is seeking a RN Quality Data Analyst in Wisconsin to support quality assessment and improvement across the health system. The role focuses on data abstraction, analysis, and timely entry into electronic records, with collaboration across departments.
Qualified candidates will have a BSN or enrollment in a BSN program, RN licensure, and at least five years in acute care. Epic EMR experience and Excel proficiency are preferred.
The RN Quality Data Analyst facilitates quality assessment and improvement activities for the medical staff and health system quality initiatives. The RN Quality Data Analyst performs an assessment of data based on established criteria and participates at the organizational level in quality improvement initiatives.
