Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Supervising Professional (RN) to oversee in-home care in Waite Park, MN. You will supervise caregivers, ensure adherence to care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent client care.

You will coordinate visits, support a dedicated care team, and uphold the mission to help clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold MN RN license and be willing to visit clients in Waite Park and surrounding area.
• Ability to supervise caregivers and ensure care plans are followed.
• Strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Position Duties Include

• Manage and schedule your visits. You'll travel around the service area to provide oversight of the personal care services being offered by our caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best care possible to our clients.
• Provide clinical supervision to our caregivers, making sure they are following the care plan and inspiring them to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants need a validMNRegistered Nurse license and interest in visiting clients in their homes in the Waite Park and surrounding area. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys a work-life balance, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
