Job summary

AHN’s HVMG Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine in Beaver, PA is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide professional care, administer medications as prescribed, and maintain accurate patient records while supporting physicians during examinations and treatments.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and can complete HR-106 clearances within 90 days. A BSN is preferred; ACLS certification is strongly valued and equal opportunity employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania nursing licensure (RN) and any required state licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Completion of HR-106 clearances within 90 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintains patients' medical records and monitors observations.
• Assists physician during treatment and examination and provides follow-up care and education.

Office Location: HVMG Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine 1000 Dutch Ridge Road Beaver, PA 15009
Work Hours: Monday - Friday daylight, no weekends, no major holidays

Renders professional nursing care to ensure the comfort and well being of patients. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Maintains patients' medical records on observations. May assist physician during treatment and examination of patient. Performs necessary follow-up care, instructions and education to the patient.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Cardiology/CVTS: ACLS Certification

Preferred

Bachelors of Science Degree in nursing, ACLS
