• Manage advanced respiratory treatments including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP, chest tubes, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Administer blood products and IV therapies as needed.
• Support early intervention and proactive patient monitoring to improve outcomes.
