*Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for new hire Staff Nurse, Night shift only. The first half is paid at 6 months and the second half at one year of employment.*

Provides direct patient care based on ANA Standards of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, Butler Hospital policies, procedures, and the RI Nurse Practice Act.
Participates in treatment planning, coordinating medical and nursing care, and discharge planning.
Coordinates psychiatric and medical emergencies to ensure proper care for individuals in crisis and safety for all patients.
Works as an active team member, assisting staff and accepting additional assignments to ensure patient care and unit responsibilities are met.
Administers medications with knowledge of their action, administration mode, side effects, and contraindications.
Assumes the role of Charge Nurse during the shift.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Training and Experience: Current RI nursing license.
Special Qualifications: B.S.N preferred.
Schedule: 36/72 Full-Time Nights - Every Other Weekend
Unit: Riverview 3, an Adult Inpatient Intensive Treatment Unit.
