Ball Memorial’s adult oncology progressive care unit is a 25-bed unit specialises in the care of hospice/end of life care, cancer patients, patients with COPD, and those with weakness due to acute disease. This unit is one of our hospitals TBAAM (Team Based Acuity Adaptable Model) units. This model consists of an interdisciplinary team that rounds daily with the clinical nurse to provide better continuity of care for our patients.
