Aspirus Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Tower and Progressive Care Unit in Wausau. This role focuses on complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients in a high-acuity setting, with advanced telemetry and IV management.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients.
• Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition.
• Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes.
