Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment. You will deliver top-of-scope nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and precept new staff while contributing to quality improvement and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least 6 months of ICU/PCU experience or fellowship completion, and current BLS/ACLS certification through hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 6 months ICU/PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of hire.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patient-centered care.
