Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit in Arkansas. You will provide high-acuity patient care, perform continuous assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

You will interpret cardiac and telemetry data, support complex care plans, and educate patients and families. You will engage in evidence-based practice and help improve outcomes for diverse adult patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or eligible.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in progressive care or similar units preferred.
