Job Description:

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

As a Registered Nurse for our PCU/Cardiac Team, you will be responsible for:

1. Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
3. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
2. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
3. Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation.
